Has anyone else see this article online? A restaurant in Williamsburg, NY created leather accessories from the cows they slaughtered for their menu. High end purses and bags can be purchased in limited quantity from the restaurant named Marlow & Sons. I am not sure what to think about this. Any thoughts?
