I HATE mushy fruit though. </p> <p>Being a mom to four kids ages 7 and under it gets busy at my house. When one kids is hungry they want a snack then and there. One thing we always have is cut up fruit in the fridge. A quick and easy snack. I find when it’s there, people eat it. Toothpicks make it all the more fun…</p> <p>My problem is that if it’s not eaten that afternoon and it goes into the fridge it sits in its juice. Honeydew in it’s own juice gets slimy and mushy too fast for my liking (or my kids!) </p> <p>This is where quirky comes in. I’m working on creating a product that keeps juice and fruit together in one container but separated by a filter. I’ve been looking all over for one of these but no luck so I’m trying to make my own!
